Tapping is proven to reduce stress, lower cortisol, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, relieve pain and increase productivity.
EFT works by immediately calming the stress response created by the amygdala in the brain. EFT sessions can be conducted via zoom or in person and involved tapping on specific meridian points on the body to calm the mind whilst using talk therapy techniques to address the cause.

It works by mindfully thinking and talking about the issue that needs attention and kinetically tapping on acupressure points.
EFT has been widely used now for over 30 years and has been recognised in the NICE guidelines (National Institute for Health and Care excellence) as worthy of further research for treatment of PTSD.

Since completing my practitioner training, I have had considerable success in treating clients with depression, phobias, headaches, traumatic events, weight loss, lockdown related and historic sexual abuse.
The majority of my appointments are held via zoom and all you need is a quiet room and glass of water.
In certain circumstances, I can offer appointments in Maidstone if an alternative safe space is required.
The first session will be an hour and a half long, in order to teach you the tapping techniques and to discuss your history before we start on your specific concerns.
All subsequent sessions are 60 minutes and subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy.

I was having issues at work and at home which I was finding hard to deal with. After recommendation from a colleague I under took sessions with Hayley.
